Analyn and Brandon Miller are successful business owners and the parents of seven children, spanning two generations. They are passionate about seeing families engage a strengths-based parenting approach that unearths the uniqueness in every child and empowers positive parent child relationships through every stage of life.

Brandon is a Certified Strengths Coach through the Gallup Organization and has been coaching and training strengths for over fifteen years. He is CEO of 34 Strong Inc, an Employee Engagement and Strengths-Based Development consultancy whose purpose is to Build Destination Workplaces. Brandon is a former instructor for UC Davis and current professional speaker for Vistage International. Since its inception, Brandon and the team at 34 Strong have had the honor to work with: Home Depot, Bank of America, Tesla, Johnson & Johnson, Hitachi, American Licorice Company, Genentech, Baptist Health, Johnson Controls, Plum Organics, Cascade Health and GloryBee.

Analyn owns and operates The Analyn Miller Group, part of Keller Williams Realty. She holds the distinguished Graduate Real Estate Institute Designation and is an Outstanding Life Member of the Sacramento Masters Club. Together with her team, she takes great pride and pleasure in helping hundreds of families realize their dream of home ownership. As a full time, hands-on mother, Analyn weaves together the priorities and strengths of the entire Miller family, to facilitate a dynamic and intentional home culture.

Analyn and Brandon live in Elk Grove, CA and have served the local church in children, youth, and young adult ministries. As parents, they have successfully launched their three adult kids, Bailee, Lance, and Ciera, who married Jordan, Christine and Adam; they are fully engaged in using the strengths approach to raise their four kids at home: Michaela, Madeline, David, and Daniel and enjoy spending time with their first grandchild Harold.
